I asked him to temporarily book Sorrel&#39;s outdoor dining and called two friends to eat together. Although it was not tasting menu, I basically ordered all the menus. The fore dish has no memory, and the truffle pasta sauce is a bit too salty, which is really buried in the aroma of white truffle. Duck meat is the only one that feels good, but it is very strange and has a lot of small fennel, which tastes quite a play. Sea urchin butter with roast pork chops makes me wonder. There is no fresh sweetness of sea urchin butter, only the fishy smell of seafood.
